Join an aerospace engineering team in Haifa to develop hardware test equipment and infrastructure systems through all stages of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and derive implementation approaches
- Define, conceptually design, detail-design, and implement hardware test systems
- Participate in hardware testing system development and infrastructure design
- Conduct customer design reviews in English
- Prepare technical documentation, calibration procedures, and operational manuals in English
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders in Israel and abroad throughout project stages
- Support system integration and final delivery to customers
Requirements
- B.Sc. or practical engineering qualification in electrical or electronic engineering
- Hands-on experience in hardware or system design
- Excellent written and spoken English, including technical documentation and presentations
- Experience leading projects and managing subcontractors
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces in Israel and abroad
- Ability to lead multiple tasks independently
- Strong self-learning, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience developing automated test equipment
- Experience in electro-optical testing development
- Technical military service in a fourth-line maintenance unit
