Lead the development of advanced electronic boards and embedded hardware systems for industrial motion and control applications. Own the hardware lifecycle from architecture through production while guiding a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hardware domain and electronic board development
- Own hardware development from concept and architecture through integration and production transfer
- Design, simulate, and test analog and digital circuits and embedded hardware systems
- Create schematics and PCB layouts through final product development
- Perform hardware debugging, bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and procurement teams
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering guidance
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in board-level design and development
- Strong experience in analog circuit design
- Ability to apply system-level thinking and solve complex engineering problems
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
Nice to have
- Technical or team leadership experience
- Background in industrial electronics, control systems, or motion systems
- Familiarity with TI processors
