Join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing high-speed optical transceivers and connectivity products for data center and communication applications.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical schematics, printed circuit boards, and component selections
- Coordinate multidisciplinary product design with thermal-mechanical, signal integrity, power integrity, software, and optics teams
- Perform hands-on laboratory work to validate and improve product performance
- Collaborate with qualification teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to transition products from laboratory development to mass production
- Evaluate new technologies and support improvements across product generations
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects
- Understanding of engineering trade-offs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment
Nice to have
- Knowledge of electro-optic communication, high-speed signals, or analog circuits
- Hands-on electrical laboratory experience
- Previous hardware or systems engineering experience
