Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of data-intensive, AI-powered applications and platform capabilities.
Own end-to-end development across the technology stack, including architecture, code quality, and engineering practices.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and GenAI teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across services and technical domains.
Perform hands-on development, code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
At least 7 years of backend development experience, including 5 or more years designing and building high-scale, data-intensive applications and AI systems.
Strong TypeScript and Node.js expertise, with hands-on experience using React or Vue.js.
Experience with AI and data orchestration frameworks such as MLflow or Airflow.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.

Nice to have

Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural decisions.
Exposure to generative AI, LLM-based applications, and modern MLOps practices.
