Own and evolve internal full-stack applications, AI agent tools, data products, and automation pipelines that help teams make faster, data-driven decisions. Lead architecture and delivery across web development, AI orchestration, data integration, and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and scaling of internal full-stack applications, platforms, and dashboards
- Design, deploy, and refine conversational AI agent workflows for complex business and product data
- Architect workflow automations and custom APIs for operational tools
- Transform data models into usable interfaces and automated actions in partnership with Data Ops and Data Analysts
- Own deployment, containerization, observability, and CI/CD for internal applications
- Set technical direction and communicate trade-offs to company leaders
Requirements
- Demonstrated full-stack software engineering experience with strong React and Next.js proficiency
- Practical experience developing AI agents and agentic infrastructure, including custom tooling or MCP integrations
- Solid understanding of SQL and data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Run or equivalent serverless environments
- Experience with API workflow orchestration tools such as n8n or Zapier
- Ability to make architectural decisions and translate business challenges into reliable software
Nice to have
- Experience building or tuning LLM and AI agent workflows
- Experience with prompt architecture or MCP servers
- Background in internal tooling, data products, or SaaS features for Product, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams
- Exposure to Metabase, LibreChat, or n8n
