Responsibilities

Own the full development lifecycle from architecture through deployment
Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
Optimize backend infrastructure for low latency, high availability, and reliability
Provide technical mentorship and participate in code reviews
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features in an Agile environment
Identify and resolve production performance bottlenecks and bugs
Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions

Requirements

At least 5 years of server-side development experience
Strong Node.js experience preferred
Front-end development experience with React or a similar framework
Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
Experience with production-scale PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases, including performance tuning
Proficiency with AWS cloud services, Serverless, Kubernetes, or Docker
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and service architecture
Experience with CI/CD workflows and Agile methodologies
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical solutions effectively

Nice to have

Experience building generative AI products and agentic workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
