Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable web and mobile applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Design and implement robust AWS backend services and APIs for real-time, agent-driven features
- Integrate LLM orchestration and live customer interactions into the product experience
- Shape full-stack architecture, engineering standards, and CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with product and design teams to create polished, intuitive user experiences
- Provide technical leadership across system design, performance, security, and code quality
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building and scaling modern web applications in a full-stack role
- Deep expertise with React and TypeScript
- Production experience building services with Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, including serverless technologies, Lambda, or ECS
- Experience with real-time, data-intensive interfaces and complex state management
- Strong understanding of system design, performance, security, and code quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, product-led startup environment
Nice to have
- Experience integrating AI or large language models
- Experience with WebSockets
- Experience with customer service platforms
