Build enterprise AI workflow software from product decisions through production. Own features across agent systems, data models, backend services, user interfaces, and deployment environments.
Responsibilities
- Own features end to end, from product decisions and schemas through APIs, user interfaces, and production behavior.
- Design AI agent pipelines, orchestration, retries, guardrails, and evaluation systems.
- Build reliable, performant backend services and data models for shared, single-tenant, and on-premises deployments.
- Develop customer and delivery-team interfaces to configure, monitor, and audit agents.
- Own production operations, including CI, deployments, observability, alerting, and debugging.
- Improve release pipelines, environments, and infrastructure for deployment across varied customer environments.
- Contribute to code and design reviews, mentor teammates, and help maintain engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience, including 3 years building products across frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in a modern typed language; ability to become productive in TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend and backend debugging, relational database design, and distributed systems.
- Production experience building LLM systems with evaluations, guardrails, and regression testing.
- Experience in regulated or high-stakes environments where auditability is essential.
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into workable architecture and prioritize customer needs.
- Interest in an early-stage startup with evolving processes and broad ownership.
