Responsibilities
- Architect and build a new AI-native system from the ground up.
- Make foundational design and technology decisions.
- Own features end to end, from design through production deployment and maintenance.
- Integrate LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, intelligent agents, and machine learning models into production.
- Ensure performance, reliability, guardrails, and observability for AI-powered features.
- Use AI coding assistants and agentic tools across design, implementation, testing, and review while maintaining quality.
- Establish and improve the platforms, patterns, and tooling used by the engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
- Senior-level ownership of system design and delivery.
- Strong full-stack experience in Linux environments with technologies such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience building client/server applications serving thousands of users or more.
- Experience with user-facing web interfaces, complex application logic, and robust databases.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience delivering, deploying, and maintaining production systems.
- Strong ownership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience integrating self-hosted LLMs or third-party AI APIs.
- Experience building agentic AI-native systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI fundamentals, including training, fine-tuning, and serving models.
