Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive, high-performance interfaces with React.js or Flutter
- Develop scalable Python APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask
- Implement generative AI features using LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases
- Deploy and manage services on AWS
- Collaborate with solutions leadership to turn technical workflows into polished software
- Explore AI applications supporting cybersecurity initiatives
- Mentor colleagues and propose innovative AI solutions
- Own product features from concept through implementation
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong React proficiency, including Redux or Zustand and modern CSS
- Deep Python knowledge and asynchronous programming experience
- Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Experience with vector databases and OpenAI API or similar tools
- Hands-on AWS experience, including ECS, Lambda, and S3
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Product-minded approach to user experience and code quality
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly
Nice to have
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Flutter experience
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Experience with modern package managers such as uv
