Join a residential property management technology company building an AI-driven building operating system. Own product features and agentic workflows from discovery through launch and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Own feature development end to end, including discovery, specification, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Plan, design, and deliver agentic workflows that automate operational processes with human oversight.
- Build platform components, AI workflows, and product features for an AI-driven building operating system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI features that address operational needs.
- Use coding agents to improve developer velocity and enable non-coders to contribute to development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer, product developer, product engineer, or equivalent.
- Recent experience building agentic workflows with LangChain, the OpenAI Agents SDK, Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, or a similar framework.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and experience with complex systems and evolving architectures.
- Strong UI/UX judgment, particularly for AI experiences requiring trust and transparency.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Interest in modern AI development practices, coding agents, and safe adoption of emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across product, design, operations, and business teams.
Nice to have
- Fintech experience, including accounting systems, payment APIs, or embedded financial products.
- Experience working in service companies.
