Own end-to-end delivery of custom applications for internal teams and external stakeholders. Combine hands-on software development, product discovery, process design, AI-assisted development, and integrations to solve operational challenges and inform the platform roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end to end, from discovery and workflow mapping through deployment and refinement.
- Design and build functional applications for internal teams and external partners.
- Use generative AI and AI-assisted development practices to create intelligent workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Combine platform capabilities with custom code, APIs, and integrations to deliver scalable solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover operational bottlenecks, clarify requirements, and align execution with business needs.
- Test the platform through ambitious implementations and share field insights with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, technical product management, solutions engineering, or another highly technical customer-facing role.
- Experience working directly with clients, external partners, or internal business stakeholders to identify operational needs and deliver solutions.
- Strong hands-on coding skills and the ability to write clean, functional code.
- Knowledge of modern web application architecture, APIs, integrations, and relational data structures.
- Strong product sense and process design skills, including the ability to turn ambiguous needs into functional application designs.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, vibe coding, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- High autonomy, maturity, and initiative when leading projects from inception through delivery.
