Join an open-source software company as a customer-embedded engineer in a full-time, on-site Tel Aviv role. Translate ambiguous operational challenges into software, data, and automation solutions for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams to understand operational workflows and pain points
- Map existing processes and identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Design and build software tools and workflow automations using AI-assisted coding tools
- Analyze customer data to generate insights and validate process improvements
- Deploy and maintain lightweight infrastructure using basic DevOps practices
- Work with customer stakeholders and internal teams to align solutions with business needs
- Apply information security best practices when handling customer systems and data
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on technical role combining software development with real-world problem solving
- Working knowledge of programming and modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Strong data analysis skills, including querying and interpreting real datasets
- Experience characterizing and mapping organizational processes end to end
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, LangChain, Mastra, or similar
- Basic DevOps capabilities for installations and deployments
- Strong understanding of information security principles
Nice to have
- On-site customer or consulting experience
- Familiarity with open-source technologies and communities
- Background in enterprise software or IT operations
