Lead a software development team within a platform engineering organization, delivering high-scale platforms and modernizing legacy systems. The role covers architecture, cloud environments, microservices, event-driven systems, and generative AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a software development team
- Drive development of generative AI platforms
- Make architectural decisions and modernize legacy systems
- Design and develop microservices and event-driven systems
- Work with AWS Bedrock and retrieval-augmented generation processes
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, QA, and other cross-functional teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- At least 2 years leading development teams
- Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS, and Java
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, Docker, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL
- Experience with React.js or Next.js
- Experience with AWS and Azure environments
- Experience with microservices architecture and high-scale systems
Nice to have
- Experience migrating ASP Classic legacy systems
- Experience with AI, generative AI, or retrieval-augmented generation
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, or agentic AI systems
- Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, or OCR technologies
