Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end cloud features on AWS
- Build full-stack functionality for a workforce management platform
- Apply AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns
- Orchestrate AI agents to improve engineering workflows
- Deliver AI-driven features to customers
- Optimize software components for performance
- Maintain high-quality deliverables and support efficient project execution
- Drive continuous improvement and high-velocity delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related engineering program
- Minimum GPA of 85
- 1–4 years of software engineering experience
- Experience with AI-augmented development, including MCP servers
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and design
- Knowledge of client/server software systems
- Experience working with cloud or SaaS environments
- Fluent English
- Self-motivated, accountable, adaptable, and collaborative
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI or large language model agentic systems
- JavaScript or Angular development experience
- Leadership skills and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
