A large government organization in Jerusalem is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to help modernize legacy systems and build cloud-based solutions using Outsystems. The role is hybrid and part of an Agile development team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions as part of a dedicated Agile team.
Help migrate legacy systems to a modern cloud environment.
Build front-end solutions on the Outsystems low-code platform.
Implement business logic, workflows, and advanced functionality through smart screens.
Integrate with external systems and develop REST APIs.

Requirements

Relevant education.
At least 4 years of proven Full-Stack development experience.
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
Experience developing with Node.js, Java, or .NET.
Practical experience with Outsystems and other no-code or low-code platforms.
Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL and PostgreSQL.
Proven experience integrating with external systems, including developing and exposing REST APIs.
Practical experience using Figma to implement designs.

Nice to have

Previous experience developing mobile applications.
