Join an infrastructure team building developer-centric tools used across an engineering organization. You will improve development velocity and software quality through production testing, performance solutions, and internal platforms. The role is fully in person, five days per week from the office.
Responsibilities
- Build tools used by developers across the organization to improve engineering velocity and quality.
- Create and maintain solutions for production testing, application performance, and related infrastructure needs.
- Lead projects from ideation through technical design, RFCs, implementation, and delivery.
- Develop developer-centric tools using modern full-stack technologies and tooling.
- Contribute to testing infrastructure capable of running large numbers of end-to-end tests in parallel.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a full-stack developer, with a backend orientation and interest in developer tooling.
- Expertise in Node.js and backend languages such as Java or Scala.
- Ability to learn independently, evaluate industry practices and tools, and apply them effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- End-to-end product experience across server, cloud, and frontend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based infrastructure.
