Lead a full-stack engineering team and contribute hands-on to the design and delivery of cloud-based products, services, APIs, and web interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a full-stack engineering team, fostering ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Own the design, development, and delivery of full-stack services, APIs, and microservices.
- Partner with Product to turn business and intelligence needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Make technical and architectural decisions, balancing performance, reliability, and cost.
- Set engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Contribute hands-on to coding, typically for about 50–60% of the role.
- Own the team roadmap, delivery, and technical health.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of full-stack team leadership experience.
- Experience building production-grade, cloud-based full-stack systems using an object-oriented language such as C#, NestJS, Python, or Java.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and full-stack system design.
- Ability to balance people leadership with hands-on technical work.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and production reliability.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
