Full-stack Engineering Team Lead

Lead a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in the codebase and owning end-to-end development of a core product in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

Responsibilities

Own the product’s development from end to end.
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 engineers while contributing to the codebase daily.
Design and develop new features.
Plan the product roadmap.
Define engineering standards, design methodologies, coding conventions, and code review practices.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a software team lead.
Proven experience building frontend and backend components for multi-service systems.
Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
Solid experience with VueJS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

Familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Experience with MongoDB or a similar NoSQL data store.
A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
