Build and improve customer-facing credit features, underwriting capabilities, internal tools, and automation while helping create software that is easier to evolve.
Responsibilities
- Work across the software stack to deliver business value.
- Partner with Product, Risk, and other stakeholders to define problems and design pragmatic solutions.
- Own features from early discussions through production rollout.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve systems.
- Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and technical direction.
- Build configurable capabilities and systems that can evolve as the product grows.
Requirements
- Experience building production software.
- Experience building backend systems.
- Ability to turn product requirements into executable plans.
- Ability to work directly with engineers, product managers, risk teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to balance pragmatic delivery with long-term technical thinking.
Nice to have
- Full-stack engineering experience.
