Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature development from research and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Contribute to technology and architecture decisions
- Develop testable, reusable, efficient, and high-performance applications
- Improve system component efficiency, scalability, and stability
- Use and evaluate AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve engineering velocity and software quality
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, architects, and software engineers
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-stack engineering experience in a product company
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and NoSQL databases
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale cloud systems
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools for coding, code review, debugging, research, testing, and solution design
- Experience working in Scrum teams according to Agile principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Hands-on AWS experience
- Extensive experience with Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into engineering workflows, internal tools, or production systems
- Familiarity with prompting, context management, and AI-assisted software development best practices
