Join a cybersecurity company’s Sensor team to build performance-critical runtime monitoring software for Linux and Windows production environments. Own core components from architecture through deployment and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, reusable low-level software.
- Develop runtime monitoring capabilities for Linux and Windows systems.
- Research approaches that improve application security and threat detection.
- Optimize performance and resource usage in demanding production environments.
- Lead complex projects with product managers and software engineers.
- Coordinate with other research and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of low-level software development experience.
- Experience with Rust, Go, C, or C++.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows internals, including memory management, processes, and system calls.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
