Responsibilities

Lead and manage an embedded software engineering team
Own the design, development, and implementation of components in an NPU AI software stack
Align software architecture and development with technical strategy, roadmap, CI, and release processes
Collaborate with architects, hardware, NPU, and software teams to integrate solutions
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, performance reviews, and professional development support
Track project timelines and deliverables

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
At least 3 years of software team leadership experience
At least 5 years of hands-on embedded or firmware software engineering experience
Strong C/C++ development skills, including drivers and RTOS
Experience developing complex embedded software systems
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Firmware and middleware development experience
Experience with NPU, AI accelerator, or DSP software stacks
Familiarity with TVM, MLIR, IREE, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or TFLite
