Lead algorithm engineers developing signal and image processing solutions for radar and electro-optical sensing systems. The role covers detection, tracking, optimization, simulation, validation, experimentation, and collaboration on end-to-end system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of algorithm engineers.
- Develop signal and image processing algorithms for radar and electro-optical sensors.
- Design control and optimization algorithms for radar-based sensing systems.
- Define scenarios, simulation environments, datasets, and validation frameworks.
- Evaluate detection and tracking solutions in noisy and dynamic environments.
- Conduct performance analysis and comparative studies.
- Define and support experimental campaigns, including execution and results analysis.
- Collaborate with systems engineering teams on integration and testing.
- Prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
- Mandatory M.Sc. in engineering or an exact science.
- At least 5 years of signal-processing experience in radar, communications, medical, or sensing systems.
- Strong background in statistics and probability.
- Experience developing detection and tracking algorithms.
- Experience with algorithm simulation, validation, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for algorithm optimization.
- Strong analytical, self-learning, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with sensor data fusion.
