Join a B2B software company building AI-driven financial operations products. You will develop ML and LLM solutions, integrate them into product and internal workflows, and operate scalable production services.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning and LLM-powered solutions
- Own projects from concept through model training, evaluation, integration, deployment, and monitoring
- Use frameworks including LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Embed AI capabilities into user-facing features and backend services
- Build and maintain scalable APIs and services
- Apply CI/CD, observability, and cloud infrastructure best practices
- Communicate progress, challenges, and results to technical and executive stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a Backend Developer, Data Engineer, or ML Engineer
- Strong Python proficiency
- Expertise designing scalable, resilient, fault-tolerant, and secure backend systems
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures
- Experience designing and operating high-throughput production APIs
- Ability to lead technical design reviews and make sound architectural trade-offs
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Deep experience with LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience building and scaling LLM-powered applications
- Familiarity with AWS and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure as code
- Exposure to NoSQL databases and real-time data processing pipelines
