Develop and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems that combine large language models with domain tools to improve hardware and software engineering workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build complex agentic systems with multi-agent coordination, long-horizon reasoning, and advanced planning
- Develop domain-specific enterprise agents and high-performance retrieval pipelines across multiple data sources
- Create AI workflows that improve hardware and software engineering processes
- Work with subject-matter experts to convert practical knowledge into agent assignments, resources, cues, and guidelines
- Define success measures, evaluation datasets, and feedback loops for agent systems
- Build evaluation infrastructure using offline golden datasets and online telemetry to support safe, cost-controlled iteration
- Collaborate with hardware architects, software developers, and other engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience in applied machine learning, artificial intelligence, or large-scale systems
- At least 3 years of experience building agentic or LLM-powered applications in production
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with agentic frameworks, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and model adaptation
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including stakeholder alignment, decision documentation, and influence without authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently amid uncertainty

- Strong software development experience
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Networking knowledge, including network architectures and concepts
