Responsibilities
- Develop advanced algorithmic capabilities independently and within a research and development team
- Model complex problems and scenarios mathematically
- Research and develop methods for detection, classification, localization, direction finding, and related intelligence tasks
- Convert abstract algorithm descriptions into mathematical models and efficient software implementations
- Integrate algorithms into operational systems
- Evaluate algorithm performance analytically, through simulation, and through experimental measurements
Requirements
- M.Sc. in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or another exact science
- At least three years of development experience in MATLAB or Python
- Strong mathematical knowledge and understanding
- Ability to analyze complex system behavior and work with system-level concepts
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or another exact science
- At least two years of industrial algorithm development experience
- Experience with estimation methods, such as Kalman filters, or optimization and operations research
- Experience developing simulations
- Experience with sensor fusion, navigation systems, or signal processing
- Experience developing AI-based or computer vision algorithms
- Experience in electronic warfare, signals intelligence, or communications
