Responsibilities
- Research and develop methods and algorithms for advanced systems, from feasibility studies through implementation and integration
- Lead research and development activities independently and as part of a team
- Contribute actively to systems research and development
- Collaborate with project managers, systems engineers, government representatives, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Apply systems-level thinking while maintaining attention to technical detail
Requirements
- Master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or physics
- Specialization in digital signal processing, digital algorithms, and estimation theory
- Proven experience leading algorithm research and development in signal processing and systems research
- Deep knowledge of digital signal processing, analog-to-digital conversion, and stochastic processes
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital communications, including DAB or DVB-T
- Experience developing and implementing algorithms on FPGAs
- Background in communications, radar, signals intelligence, or electronic warfare
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
