Lead end-to-end AI initiatives that improve organizational and personal productivity, from identifying high-value use cases through implementation, testing, adoption, and daily use.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI initiatives across an organizational unit from need identification through implementation, testing, adoption, and ongoing use.
- Identify and define high-value business use cases for AI.
- Prioritize initiatives with unit leadership.
- Implement AI solutions using low-code platforms and enterprise tools.
- Design and implement workflows and AI agents for business processes.
- Drive practical adoption of AI solutions across teams.
- Work with the AI center of excellence on support, standards, and advanced solutions.
- Operate independently while collaborating with key stakeholders under the professional guidance of the central AI leadership function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience leading digital or technology projects.
- Experience developing or implementing AI or automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as copilots and agents.
- Experience designing business processes and translating them into practical solutions.
- Basic coding skills and technical understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Product-oriented thinking and the ability to lead initiatives end to end.
- Ability to work with users and lead organizational change.
Nice to have
- Experience with low-code platforms.
- Experience designing complex AI agents or workflows.
- Experience working in a large organization or complex systems environment.
