Develop and productionize AI algorithms and agentic workflows for clinical text analysis. This hybrid Tel Aviv role focuses on NLP, LLMs, medical data, and clinical decision support.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate scalable AI algorithms and agentic workflows for clinical use cases
- Prepare, process, and analyze complex medical data for algorithm development and validation
- Research and integrate text-based algorithms for medical text
- Apply NLP and LLMs to extract insights from medical records and build intelligent agents for clinical decision support
- Ensure production algorithm reliability, performance, and accuracy through troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Translate clinical and business needs into data-driven solutions with product and clinical teams
- Stay current with advances in generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning
- Participate in seminars, book clubs, and conferences
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Python algorithm development experience
- Strong software engineering and clean coding practices
- Extensive experience with NLP, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
- Experience deploying, delivering, maintaining, testing, monitoring, and improving AI algorithms in production
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with product managers, clinicians, and engineers
Nice to have
- AWS experience
- Medical-domain experience
- M.Sc. or higher in Computer Science or a related scientific discipline
