Join a cross-functional GenAI applications team developing, evaluating, and deploying agentic machine learning solutions for scalable customer-facing travel products.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end agentic systems for production
- Build agentic solutions using state-of-the-art techniques
- Create evaluation strategies, metrics, and evaluation judges
- Analyze data to assess model performance, label quality, and feature exploration
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers on latency, throughput, and production deployment
- Translate business requirements into machine learning solutions with product managers, data scientists, and analysts
- Contribute to GenAI development practices, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a machine learning scientist or in a similar role
- Track record of delivering machine learning solutions to production
- Practical experience with generative AI models and natural language processing
- Experience with research and development plans and large-scale machine learning applications
- Experience spanning large datasets, model development, statistics, experimentation, data visualization, optimization, and software development
- Strong working knowledge of Python, LangChain, SQL, and Spark or similar technologies
- Production-quality coding, code review, testing, maintainability, and system design skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
