Deep Learning Tech Lead

Lead the full R&D cycle for deep learning algorithms used in computer vision, autonomous vehicle technologies, and advanced driver-assistance systems. The role is based primarily remotely or outside the office, with one required day per week at the Jerusalem office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of accurate, robust AI algorithms.
- Research advances in deep learning, multi-task learning, and AI architectures.
- Develop solutions for complex computer vision problems.
- Own deep learning projects from solution design through execution.
- Guide and mentor algorithm developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and product solutions.
- Identify creative solutions to data, AI, engineering, and product bottlenecks.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience developing deep learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of C++.
- Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Strong practical expertise in deep learning, AI architectures, and computer vision.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with large language models for data generation, augmentation, or labeling.
