Lead a technical team developing AI and radar signal processing solutions. Own projects from research and design through implementation and deployment while advancing radar performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor AI and signal processing engineers
- Manage end-to-end AI and radar projects from research and design through deployment
- Design, train, and optimize deep neural networks for radar applications
- Combine classical signal processing methods with AI techniques
- Analyze RF data to support system improvements
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and research teams
- Maintain technical standards, best practices, and delivery schedules
- Support team recruitment, training, and development
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in deep learning or signal processing development
- Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team
- Strong knowledge of neural networks, classical algorithms, and radar signal processing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple priorities

- M.Sc. in a relevant field
- Experience recruiting, training, and developing technical team members
