A fashion company is hiring a designer for a six-month maternity-leave replacement. The role covers men's loungewear and sleepwear collections, from research and concept development through detailed product specifications.
Responsibilities
- Track global trends, analyze the market, and identify design directions for men's loungewear and sleepwear.
- Create inspiration boards and develop collection concepts.
- Design collections aligned with brand identity and commercial needs.
- Prepare detailed product specifications.
- Coordinate throughout development with the department team and other designers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion or textile design.
- Proven fashion design experience.
- Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator and related design software.
- Strong design judgment, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience in loungewear, sleepwear, or menswear.
