A construction company is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy and implementation across complex projects. The role is based in Tel Aviv and is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM strategy across the organization and its projects.
- Implement BIM-based workflows according to organizational standards and requirements.
- Write BIM implementation plans and standards.
- Create, update, and operate computerized project models.
- Analyze and export model data to support decision-making.
- Monitor information quality within the BIM environment.
- Train and support BIM users across the company.
- Develop advanced tools to improve ongoing work in the BIM environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or another relevant technology field.
- Demonstrated experience leading BIM processes on complex projects.
- Strong leadership and management abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Full proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and the Forma platform.
- Good spoken, written, and reading English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python and Dynamo programming languages.
