Responsibilities
- Analyze AI agents and product features to identify performance patterns, edge cases, and improvement opportunities.
- Define and monitor metrics for AI-driven capabilities.
- Translate analysis into prioritized product direction in partnership with product and engineering teams.
- Incorporate customer and field-team feedback into product decisions.
- Build scalable automations, tools, and pipelines for analysis and internal processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a comparable analytical role, including senior- or lead-level responsibility.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar language for data analysis and automation.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, large language models, and AI agents.
- Experience analyzing the output and quality of AI- or machine-learning-powered products.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights that influence product decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, plus effective cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Nice to have
- Experience measuring AI system quality or performance.
- Experience at a fast-growing product or SaaS company.
- Familiarity with threat modeling, application security, or related cybersecurity areas.
- Experience mentoring analysts or establishing analytical standards.
