Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to turn product data into insights, recommendations, and decisions that improve a legal technology platform. Own product metrics, experimentation, reporting, and analytics practices while using AI to increase analytical efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional product teams to identify behavioral insights, growth opportunities, and roadmap priorities.
- Define, evolve, and maintain key product performance indicators.
- Design and analyze experiments from hypothesis through recommendation, including A/B tests.
- Build dashboards and self-service reports for ongoing product monitoring and decision-making.
- Perform deeper analyses to explain product behavior and recommend actions.
- Use AI to accelerate SQL development, automate repetitive analysis, improve documentation, and explore data.
- Share reusable code, prompts, documentation, and analytics best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to solve complex product problems and influence decisions with data.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
- Experience owning and maintaining accurate, actionable product metrics.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis while validating results with sound analytical judgment.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-growing technology company, preferably with a consumer-facing product.
- Experience with Git and VS Code in a collaborative analytics or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of statistics, experimentation, causal inference, or data modeling.
- Experience contributing to data infrastructure, shared analytics repositories, or reusable analytics tools.
