Analyze security and fraud data for a SaaS platform focused on customer identity, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Build detection logic, investigate risk trends, track product KPIs, and provide insights that improve product performance and customer protection.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize detection rules and risk models for emerging fraud vectors.
- Fine-tune alert thresholds to reduce false positives.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and track product and risk KPIs.
- Provide analytical support for high-stakes enterprise client investigations.
- Create dashboards and executive-ready reports from complex data trends.
- Configure and deploy AI agents and skills within analytical workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams on feature launches and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Fraud Analyst, or Security Data Analyst in a fast-paced, data-rich SaaS environment.
- Experience analyzing security or fraud data, building detection logic, and performing exploratory data analysis.
- Advanced SQL and BigQuery expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Grafana or comparable data visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of Python, including Pandas and NumPy, for data manipulation and analysis.
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills, including presenting complex findings to enterprise clients and internal leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to have
- Experience configuring or using AI agents and AI tools to automate workflows.
- Hands-on experience with cyber or fraud detection mechanisms and threat analysis.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B product analytics.
