Lead and develop a Product Analytics team supporting product and business decisions at a growing B2B cybersecurity software company.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a Product Analytics team
- Set team direction and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Define KPIs and convert product and business questions into actionable insights
- Partner with Product, R&D, Data, Field, Sales, and senior leadership
- Lead important analyses while maintaining a focus on team impact
Requirements
- At least 4 years of people-management experience leading Product Analysts or analytical teams
- Experience working across at least two organizations
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience
- Experience building AI agents
- Python experience
- ETL experience
