Own the accuracy, governance, and maintenance of business master data across ERP systems, supporting reliable transactions across finance, supply chain, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier, item, bill of materials, product structure, price list, account, and customer data in ERP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency; support data cleansing and standardization.
- Define and apply data governance policies, standards, naming conventions, validation rules, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate data-related work between operations, supply chain, finance, and IT; help business users configure data and resolve issues.
- Support ERP implementations and data migration, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, migration validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain timely data availability for operational transactions, troubleshoot master data issues, and improve data processes and automation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in master data, ERP, operations, or supply chain roles
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Infor, or Priority
- Understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across business and IT teams
