Join an AI and Big Data team developing and deploying machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI solutions across an organization. The role covers tabular and textual data and involves close collaboration with business, technical, analytics, engineering, and medical domain stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end to end, from defining the business problem and success metrics through model development and production deployment.
- Develop and implement classical machine learning and NLP models for classification, information extraction, and retrieval.
- Design and build Generative AI agents and workflows, MCP servers, context-management solutions, and RAG architectures.
- Evaluate and monitor models, extract business insights, conduct detailed error analyses, and track model performance.
- Develop with Big Data infrastructure including Elastic, Kafka, Spark, Redis, and vLLM.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and medical domain experts to deliver valuable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience developing data science or machine learning models, including strong hands-on knowledge of classical machine learning.
- Significant NLP experience with open models, Transformers, BERT, LoRA, and supervised fine-tuning.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing Generative AI agents, tool-calling solutions, and prompt optimization techniques.
- At least 3 years of advanced Python and SQL development experience.
- Experience taking code to production using CI/CD, Git, and Docker-based development, QA, and production environments.
- Strong independent learning, communication, presentation, critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Spark, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, or vLLM.
- A relevant master’s degree.
