Join a research data science team developing and deploying AI capabilities for cloud-native network security and enterprise networking products. Apply machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI to large-scale, real-time network and security data.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for security and networking products
- Analyze large-scale network traffic and security data to identify patterns, threats, and product opportunities
- Research, fine-tune, and train models for real-time inference under limited compute resources
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to translate needs into AI solutions
- Define and track success metrics for AI solution performance and business outcomes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional data science experience
- Hands-on experience in networking or cybersecurity
- Experience building and deploying LLM-based applications and agents, including RAG pipelines, tool-use agents, or large-scale prompt engineering
- Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning and clustering
- Practical experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and NLP techniques
- Experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time or low-latency AI inference in production environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
