Join an AI team developing scalable machine learning systems from research and experimentation through production deployment. The role focuses on deep learning, NLP, recommendation systems, large-scale data, and robust ML operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning solutions using large-scale datasets
- Develop scalable online models and tools using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM frameworks
- Lead projects from business problem definition through technical strategy, experimentation, and production deployment
- Build, monitor, and optimize resilient production workflows
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, analysts, and developers
- Apply rigorous experimentation and analytical methods to complex business questions
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience as a data scientist solving complex business problems
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Strong software engineering experience deploying, maintaining, and scaling models in production
- Ability to translate business questions into hypotheses, design experiments, and draw rigorous conclusions
- Experience working with billions of records and big-data frameworks such as Spark, Ray, Dask, or Airflow
- Experience building and optimizing recommendation systems
- Fluency with modern AI coding tools and AI-assisted development practices
- Experience leading machine learning projects
- Professional English communication skills
- Relocation support and work visa sponsorship are not available
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM and agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Experience with LLM observability, evaluation, and tracing tools
- Experience with MLOps platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, or SageMaker
