Join an autonomous vehicle technology team responsible for evaluating the quality and performance of machine-learning and image-processing systems. You will analyze large datasets, validate algorithm releases, and provide evidence-based recommendations to development and management teams.
Responsibilities
- Run analyses using existing tools and statistical methods to evaluate algorithm quality and performance.
- Review large datasets and produce timely, detailed performance results.
- Run and test development versions of algorithms.
- Analyze new developments and make judgments on production approval.
- Identify and communicate regressions and critical issues to algorithm development and management teams.
- Prepare detailed and high-level analysis reports.
- Support project requirements and participate in algorithm development decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, data engineering, data science, information systems, or a related quantitative or scientific field.
- At least 3 years of experience in natural sciences or industrial engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and code-agent workflows, such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and strong technical ability.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
- Thoroughness, attention to detail, independence, and the ability to learn new material quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience in data analysis or research.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
