Lead a multidisciplinary data science and machine learning team developing predictive models for continuous, non-invasive health monitoring. Own the full ML lifecycle from research and ideation through scalable production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor research scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Manage specialized external subcontractors.
- Own the machine learning product lifecycle from early research through production deployment.
- Address complex algorithmic challenges involving time-series analysis, signal processing, and continuous data forecasting.
Requirements
- Up to 10 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
- Strong, demonstrated expertise with time-series data.
- Experience leading research teams and managing external subcontractors.
- Experience deploying models in high-performance, large-scale production environments.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in Unit 8200 or an equivalent intelligence unit.
