Join an AI solutions company as a hands-on Data Scientist developing production-ready classical machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic systems. The role covers the full lifecycle from data preparation and modeling through deployment, monitoring, and validation.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting models.
- Develop LLM and agentic solutions using prompts, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and reranking.
- Design, refine, constrain, and evaluate harnesses for AI agents and LLM workflows.
- Translate business needs into robust machine learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Use AI coding assistants to prototype, build, and validate production-ready systems.
- Deploy and monitor models and APIs in cloud environments.
- Work with engineering and DevOps teams on CI/CD and MLOps.
- Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and model validation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Data Science or machine learning experience, including production deployment of classical ML and LLM solutions.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, including experience with scikit-learn and PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with LLM and agentic workflows, including harness engineering.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with APIs, MLOps, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Nice to have
- Experience leading Data Science projects or small teams.
