Join a core data science team developing generative AI, agentic systems, classical machine learning, and statistical models for scalable product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead research projects from hypothesis through production-ready implementation
- Research, design, and build LLM, agentic, and modern AI workflows
- Develop rigorous LLM evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, safety, and business alignment
- Partner with engineering to integrate scalable machine learning features into the product
- Collaborate with data, product, and software development teams
- Track emerging research, run experiments, and advance the team’s AI capabilities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of industry experience as an AI Researcher or Data Scientist
- Required M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of classical machine learning and advanced statistical modeling
- Experience with RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, autonomous AI systems, and LLM evaluation
- Experience with AI development and productivity tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or prompting frameworks
- Ability to independently learn, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI methods
- Strong communication skills for explaining mathematical and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Finance experience in areas such as risk modeling, algorithmic trading, fraud detection, or financial forecasting
- Causal inference experience
- Experience designing and training deep neural networks with PyTorch or TensorFlow
