An insurance company seeks an experienced analyst to turn business requirements into technical data solutions, owning delivery from analysis and design through implementation and production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
- Design data models and data warehouse structures.
- Develop complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
- Design system interfaces and data integration processes.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout delivery.
- Manage production deployments and maintain data quality and process stability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis and data processes.
- Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of data modeling, star schemas, and normalization.
- Ability to manage requirements from business analysis through production.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
