Join an R&D team developing high-scale systems that retrieve, process, analyze, and productize digital data for enterprise customers. The role offers partial remote work from Israel.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, high-scale data systems
- Retrieve, process, and analyze data from millions of digital users
- Develop and improve code infrastructure and data pipelines
- Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and analysts to bring algorithms into production
- Experiment with machine learning and big data processing technologies
- Build monitoring infrastructure for reliable data ingestion and processing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 4 years of software or data engineering development experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala
- Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and object-oriented programming
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and Git
- Strong communication, prioritization, ownership, and independent-working skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience designing and productizing complex big data pipelines
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Parquet, Databricks, EMR, or Kubernetes
