Why should I tailor my CV to every job application?

Every role has different priorities, requirements, and keywords. Tailoring your CV highlights the experience most relevant to a specific position, helps it perform better in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and makes it easier for recruiters to see why you’re a strong match.

Can I optimize my CV myself without CVZilla?

Absolutely. However, doing it properly can take 20–40 minutes for each application. You need to identify the most relevant experience, select the right keywords and phrases, and present your real achievements in a way that aligns with the role-without exaggerating or inventing anything. Our optimizer helps you do this faster while keeping your CV accurate and authentic.

I found a job on another website. Can I optimize my CV for it?

Yes, you can create an optimized version of your CV for any job from any website. Just paste the job link or description on the Tailor My CV page.

Can I see the company and open the original job posting?

Yes. Company names are public. View & Apply asks guests to create an account, then lets every registered user open the source posting. The original source text remains available only with CVZilla Pro.
